The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse rentals follow a traditional townhouse design. Guests must go up a small set of steps (1-2 stairs) to access the townhouse’s main entrance (with a portable entryway ramp available upon request). The reserved parking lot for these units is located a short distance away from the unit and requires guests to navigate a steep cement sidewalk inclined; however, staffed golf cart transportation is available upon request for those with mobility concerns. A complimentary propane barbecue grill is located outside across from the townhouse’s entryway in compliance with fire code regulations. There is also an outdoor garbage located outside near the townhouse entrance as well.

Inside the townhouses, guests will find hardwood flooring (with rug runners and rugs), a sofa sleeper (pulls out to a queen bed), a couple of arm chairs, a fully-equipped kitchen (tiled floors, countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink, dishwasher, stovetop oven, glassware, drinkware, and cookware), a cable television, a garbage can, a smoke detector (with visual and audio aids), and a CO2 detector (with audio aid).
